Evolution’s outstanding performance in the United States continues through 2022, according to Eilers-Fantini


Evolution took his stellar’Eilers-Fantini online game performance report‘ appearing in the new year, the online game company continuing to excel in the first offering of 2022.

The company’s Bonanza has maintained its spot at the top of the slot game leaderboards, as well as hitting IGT’s The title of Blackjack occupies the first place of the general table.

Rounding out the top three of these latest rankings in U.S. jurisdictions for January SG-Digital‘s 88 Fortunes, which also continues to hold second place in the slots rankings.

Notable performers on the overall list are a trio of High 5 Games participants, with Golden Knight II dropping from 657th to seventh, Amulet and the Charm Power Bet dropping from 191st to 17th, and Triple Hoot reaching 25th from 213th. Inspired‘s Roulette also climbed to 15th from 330th.

Based on the slots, Evolution rounded out the top three with Extra Chilli, with the aforementioned trio of High 5s again the notable climbers in the top 25.

Top Game Rankings – Slots

Golden Knight II reached seventh place after languishing in 657th, Amulet and the Charm Power Bet reached 12th place from 154th, and Triple Hoot moved up from 173rd to 17th.

“The other six vendor-theme combinations represented in the Top 10 Online Slots are: Coil game-Hypernova megalanes, AGS-Capital Gains, High 5 Games-Golden Knight II, IGT-Cleopatra, and Everi– ATM machine.

The Eilers-Fantini report collects monthly game performance data directly from online operators to track game performance in the region’s igaming ecosystem, with the ambition to grow the database in the same way as that of its land game performance index.

This latest analysis examines data from 26 online casino sites, across Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and West Virginia, and grew to track 25,079 games to account for 57% of the market.

Unsurprisingly, slots again dominate the digital footprint of the igaming ecosystem in North America, with the vertical accounting for 87.4% of all unique games tracked, compared to 87.1% a month on the other.


This exceeds 5.4% for table games (December: 5.7%), as well as 2.8% for instant wins, live casinos at 1.8% and video poker at 1.7%. Virtual sports, lottery and bingo/keno trailed 0.5%, 0.3% and 0.1% respectively, all of which remained constant from the previous month.

Evolution also moved up in the ‘Suppliers by Game Category’ summary, after being found to account for 25% of all games in the region, 86.9% of which were slots, with this latest report adding NetEnt to the group’s umbrella brand.


This edged out longtime leader SG Digital which slipped to second place in the rankings, accounting for 21.6% of games of which 89.3% were slots.

Next is IGT at 15.2%, of which 84.1% was discovered to be slots, with High 5 Games, Everi and Ainsworth followed with 7.2%, 5.6% and 3.9%, respectively, all of which were slots.

It is mobile that once again leads the devices with the highest percentage of theo win generated at 60%, with virtual sports highlighted as the only segment where it does not advance.

The desktop records a 35.8% win over Theo, with the tablet trailing at 4.2%, with video poker once again highlighted as a close battle between the two.
