Having a conversation with your allies during battle can boost their stats, while conversing with an enemy can turn them into an ally. This will then mean that your own team is growing. Additionally, conversations outside of battles will also impact relationships with other characters. The images also show different gear that can be equipped that can also provide boosts.
Digimon Survive was first announced in 2018 with an initial release date of 2019. That didn’t happen. In 2020, Bandai Namco confirmed that Digimon Survive would be pushed back to 2021 due to the pandemic which caused many delays in the industry. Of course, the game didn’t come out in 2021 either due to further delays.
The Digimon Survive story outline reads as follows. “When Takuma Momozuka gets lost on a school camping trip, he will be transported to a mysterious and dangerous world filled with creatures called Digimon. During his journey, he will meet many companions, Digimon and humans! Join Takuma as he searches for a way home in this visual novel with turn-based battles.
